At ElimuTab, we understand the importance of receiving your educational tablets in a timely manner. That’s why we offer fast and reliable shipping options for our customers in Kenya.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within Kenya. 

Shipping &  Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped out as quickly as possible. Processing time (Monday–Friday) is 0–1 business day. The transit period lasts about 1-2 business days. The order cutoff time is at 6 PM, East Africa Time (GMT+03:00). We try our best to send any order that is received by the order cut-off time the same day. Other locations that are handled after 4 PM on weekends or holidays will be done on the next business day.

Please note that our shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation, or other factors beyond our control.
We use reputable G4S courier services to deliver your order. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package’s progress. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Additionally, if you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the courier service may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for you to pick up the package at a designated location.
Customers outside Nairobi will be required to pay upfront before shipping.
