Welcome to the Elimutab Warranty Page. This page outlines the warranty information for Elimutab educational tablets purchased through our website or authorized resellers. Please read this page carefully to understand our policies regarding warranty coverage and procedures.

Elimutab Warranty Coverage:

Elimutab offers a one-year limited warranty on our educational tablets purchased from authorized resellers or from our website. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

If your Elimutab educational tablet is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at no charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover software issues that are not related to the hardware of the device.

Warranty Claim Procedures:

If you experience an issue with your Elimutab educational tablet, please follow the steps below to file a warranty claim:

Contact our customer service team at support@elimutab.co.ke or call our Care line at 0111 040 930/910. Our support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process to determine if the issue can be resolved without filing a warranty claim. If the issue cannot be resolved, our support team will provide instructions on how to initiate a warranty claim. Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Please note that the warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the device and is not transferable. Also, any repairs or replacements made under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or other physical damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
  • Damage caused by use of non-ElimuTab accessories or components
